What is an AI preview?
An image our AI makes of a garment from a store, shown on your own photo. It shows the look (colour, style, how it sits on you), not the exact fit. Every preview is labelled "AI preview". The store's own product photos are never changed. More in our AI Notice.
Is my photo stored?
Not by us. Your photo stays in your browser on your phone so you only choose it once. For each preview it is sent to our AI provider, and our upload there is deleted right after the preview is made; the provider clears what remains within about an hour. The provider does not train on it. Your previews stay on your phone in My looks. Details: Privacy and Processors.
Who can use the photo previews?
Adults (18+) with a photo of themselves. Please don't use a photo of someone else, a child, a celebrity or a screenshot; we can't preview those.
Who sells the product?
The store. Jachega doesn't sell, stock or ship anything. The Buy button takes you to the store's own page, and you buy there on the store's terms.
Which countries can use Jachega?
Anyone can browse. Many of our stores are in India and some are abroad; each product shows where the store is and whether it ships to India, and the "Ships to India" filter narrows the list. Shipping to other countries is the store's choice, so check on its page. We are adding stores from more countries.
Which currency are the prices in?
Products from stores in India show their rupee price. For a store abroad we show its own price in its currency, plus an approximate rupee figure converted at a daily reference rate. The store's checkout shows the price you actually pay.
Returns, exchanges and delivery?
These follow the store's own policy, because you buy from the store. Please contact the store for anything about an order.
Why does a preview sometimes look off?
AI previews can get details wrong: a pattern, a sleeve, hands, hair or the background. They work best with a clear, full-length photo in good light, facing the camera. If one looks wrong, rate it low (your rating helps us improve) or try another photo. Fit always comes from the store's size chart.
How do I find my size?
On a product page, use the store's size chart when we have a link to it, and tap your usual size under "My size": we remember it on your phone only, never on our servers. No body measurements are asked for.
How do I delete my data?
Tap "Forget my photo" on any product page to remove your photo from your phone. In My looks, "Delete all my data" removes your photo, previews, saved items, your size and history from this phone. What we keep on our side (anonymous ratings and usage counts) has no name and no photo; see Privacy.
Is Jachega free?
Yes. You get up to 10 free previews a day. Some Buy links are affiliate links: the store may pay us a small commission, at no extra cost to you.
