Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Jachega, operated by Manish Patel, India ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. What Jachega is
Jachega shows products from third-party online stores and lets you create an AI preview of how a garment may look on you. We do not sell, stock, ship or deliver any product. Every purchase happens on the seller's own website and is governed by the seller's terms, prices, size charts, delivery and return policies.
2. AI previews: look only, not fit
Previews are generated by artificial intelligence and are labelled "AI preview". They show an approximation of the look, not the fit, size, fabric, exact colour or drape. Always check the seller's size chart and product details. Previews may contain errors (for example, wrong colour, extra items or changed features).
3. Eligibility and your photo
You must be 18 or older. You may only use a photo of yourself. You must not upload or capture a photo of another person, a minor, or any image you do not have the right to use. You must not use Jachega to create misleading, sexual, defamatory or impersonating content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: attempt to bypass usage limits or security; scrape or overload the service; use previews to deceive anyone; republish previews as a brand's own photography; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may block access that breaks these rules.
5. Third-party products, brands and links
Product names, images, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown to help you find and buy their products. Their display does not mean the owner endorses Jachega. Links take you to third-party sites we do not control. Prices and availability shown may change; the seller's page is final.
6. Affiliate links
Some "Buy" links are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission from the seller or network, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Brand and rights-holder requests
If you own a product image, trademark or other content shown on Jachega and want it removed, email founder@aiworkspacehq.com with the page link and proof of ownership. We acknowledge within 24 hours and remove the item, if your claim is valid, within 36 hours.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any purchase decision, product, seller act, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.

10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
